Bernice-Maria joined the Sign Salad team in February 2024 as Office Manager following ten years within the Record Label and Live events space, most recently Universal Music, Lived Nation and Festival Republic.

Patriotically born and raised in Hackney, East London, Bernice moved to West London whilst studying Creative Industries at City University and has been moving further and further West ever since. She loves dogs, music, live events, film, and binge-watching TV series whenever there is an opportunity and is also mum to two awesome, small superheroes!
